1. Definition of Terms
(1)"UnifyDrive" products and/or services: "UnifyDrive" is a private cloud product launched by Unify Data Technology LLC. It can back up photos, videos, and various files from users' phones, computers, tablets, and other devices.
(2)Personal Information: Refers to various information recorded by electronic or other ways that can identify a specific natural person's identity or reflect a specific natural person's activities alone or in combination with other information. Unless you explicitly agree, UnifyDrive will not store any of your personal information on the cloud without your permission.
(3)Personal Sensitive Information: Refers to personal information that, once leaked, may endanger personal and property safety, easily lead to damage to personal reputation, physical and psychological health, or discriminatory treatment.
(4)Personal Data: Refers to all information and/or content uploaded, stored, or shared by users in any format on UnifyDrive private cloud devices.
(5)Anonymization: Refers to technical processing of personal information to make it unidentifiable, and the processed information cannot be restored.
2. How to Collect and Use Personal Information
We have provided a list format explanation. You can view the "Personal Information Collection List."
Where you have given us your permission we might collect system permissions such as location, contacts, camera, microphone, storage, etc. You can withdraw authorization at any time. After you withdraw the authorization, we will stop accessing the corresponding permissions and will no longer provide you with certain services, but it will not affect your enjoyment of other services we provide.

Generally, we will collect and use your personal information or apply for relevant permissions to achieve the following functions/scenarios:
(1) Account Services
Account Registration and Login: When you use the registration function, you need to complete a series of registration procedures according to our guidelines. During this process, you need to provide some information that can identify your user identity alone or in combination, such as phone number, verification code match result, nickname, avatar, etc., and create an account UID and password. We collect this information to complete the registration process, provide you with continuous and stable registration services, and protect the security of your registered account. Account Profile Maintenance: You can fill in or supplement your gender, birthday, personal signature, etc. during registration or subsequent use. If you do not fill in such information or delete it later, or change it, it may affect the related services we provide to you but will not affect the normal use of the registration function.
(2) Upload/Download
We need to obtain read and write hardware storage permissions and collect some information to ensure basic file upload, and backup functions, such as device model, device name, International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI), browser type and settings, language settings, operating system and application version, IP address, Internet Access, network quality data, product version number, log information (such as operation logs, service logs), etc.
(3) UnifyDrive Album
When you backup your photos, scan a QR code, etc. we need your album access permission. You can also cancel this permission at any time through the related function settings. Enabling this permission means you authorize us to access, obtain, collect, and use such personal information; canceling this authorization will stop us from collecting this information and providing you with the corresponding services.
(4) UnifyDrive Video
Provides information matching for stored video works and supports local scraping services. However, you need to apply for a third-party video information provider platform and key yourself in to match the corresponding video information with the local scraping service of "UnifyDrive Video."
(5) User Feedback
For the security of your account and system, we need to verify your user identity. After the information is successfully verified, we need to collect the communication information between you and us (such as account information, images/videos/text information provided by you to prove related facts), your contact information, and maintain records of your communication with us (including online communication records, emails, phone recordings) to promptly resolve issues and improve our products.
Additionally, to ensure the stable operation of UnifyDrive hardware, we need to obtain hardware-related information to ensure basic stable operation, such as device model, device name, serial number (SN), operating system and application version, access IP address, network status, product version number, log information, space usage, etc. We collect this information to provide better storage and access services. In case of serious malfunctions affecting normal use and data security, we will notify users through the reserved phone number or email.
(6) Maintaining/Improving Our Products and/or Services
We may collect data on whether certain functions are used, the stability index when functions are used, and behavior data when you use "UnifyDrive" products and/or services to help us understand how you access and use "UnifyDrive" products and/or services, maintain and improve "UnifyDrive" products and/or services, or respond to you in other aspects. Refusal to provide such data will result in the inability to realize the additional functions or achieve the intended effect, but it will not affect the normal use of the core functions of this product.
(7) Self-Starting and Associated Start-Up Instructions
The UnifyDrive app for Android devices needs self-start capabilities to ensure normal playback of sounds in screen-off or background running states. This may involve waking up the app through system broadcast self-start or associated start-up behavior due to necessary functionality and service implementation. When you open related files in other apps and click "Open with other apps," or when files downloaded within the UnifyDrive app need to be opened with other apps on the phone, the self-start or associated start-up function will be invoked.
3. Cookies and Similar Technologies
(1) About Cookies and Similar Technologies
Cookies are sent and stored on your mobile device or other devices when you log in and use "UnifyDrive" products/services (usually encrypted). Similar technologies to cookies are other technologies that can be used for similar purposes, such as Web Beacons, Proxy, embedded scripts, etc.
Currently, we mainly use cookies to collect your information. You acknowledge and agree that as technology develops and "UnifyDrive" products and services are further improved, we may also use similar technologies to cookies.
(2) How We Use Cookies and Similar Technologies

With the exception of Email and device SN, we do not store any other personal information in the cloud. The data that you store, upload, download, share, and otherwise process through the services provided by "UnifyDrive" is your personal data and you have full control over your personal data. We do not make any unauthorized use or storage of your personal data in the cloud.
(2) Sharing
We will not share your personal information with any companies, organizations, or individuals except in the following situations:
1. Sharing with Explicit Consent: With your explicit consent, we will share your personal information with other parties.
2. Sharing Based on Legal Obligations: We may share your personal information as required by laws and regulations, to resolve disputes or as required by administrative and judicial authorities.
3. Sharing with Authorized Partners: We may share your personal information with partners (third-party service providers) to ensure the smooth completion of services provided to you. You can click on the "Third Party Personal Information Sharing List" to view our sharing with business partners.
4. Third-party SDK Services: Our products/services may contain third-party SDK or other similar applications, if you use such services provided by third parties on our platform, you can choose whether or not to consent to the direct collection and processing of your information by the third party after reading the user agreement and privacy agreement. (2) Transfer
We will not transfer your personal information to any companies, organizations, or individuals except in the following situations:
